Great news for lovers of denim, craftsmanship and inspiring stories. In Cardigan (a small town in Wales) they made 35,000 pairs of jeans a week. For three decades, until the factory left town. But all the skills and knowhow remained. That is why David Hieatt founded The Hiut Denim Company and brought back the art of denim-making to Wales. And they only make jeans. That’s it. Nothing else. No distractions. Nothing to steal their focus. Just the way it should be. Read more here.

Snow, rain, cold? Check out this great piece of craftsmanship by S.E.H Kelly. The raglan-sleeved mac is made from a dry-waxed cotton, which is made by the British Millerain mill in Greater Manchester, and will protect you during the colder seasons. It has a small curved collar, concealed placket, deep slouch pockets. The internals of the mac are made from the Yorkshire-made wool-cashmere. This is an amazing coat and is available here.
